Nirav Buildspace is a turnkey civil construction contractor in Ahmedabad, delivering buildings end to end — planning and approvals through structure, finishing and handover.
What we do, and how
We take on one job and stay accountable for all of it. Under a single turnkey contract we handle planning, statutory approvals, structure, masonry, services and finishing, and we hand over a completed building ready to use.
Across the city we have delivered 56 buildings — 14 high-rise towers and commercial blocks, 21 low-rise apartment and office buildings, 13 bungalows and villas, and 8 industrial projects. Half of them were for clients who had already built with us once, which is the measure of this work we trust most.
We build with our own plant and a team that has worked together across those projects, in more than forty localities in and around Ahmedabad.
