Industrial work starts with the ground and the slab. We build the foundations and floor slabs to carry the loads the use demands, then the RCC and structural framing, the sheds, bays and roofing. Industrial flooring, drainage, electrical and the other services follow, along with the boundary and external works, before handover.

Much of this happens on live estates, where access is tight, services are already running, and neighbouring units are at work. Fitting the build around all of that, without holding up the estate around us, is part of the job.
