How we build
From first call to handover
Every project runs through the same seven stages. One team stays accountable across all of them — which is why so much of our work is repeat business.
The seven stages
Consultation
We start by understanding the project — the site, the building type, your drawings if you have them, and what success looks like for you.
You getA shared brief and a clear next step.
Site assessment & estimation
We assess the site and prepare a costed estimate against a defined scope, so you can see what is included before anything begins.
You getA scoped estimate.
Design coordination & approvals
We coordinate the drawings across disciplines and work through the statutory approvals the project needs.
You getCoordinated drawings and the approvals in progress.
Planning & scheduling
We plan the sequence of work, the materials and the labour, and set out how the build will run.
You getA construction plan and schedule.
Construction
We build — structure, masonry, services and finishing — under a single turnkey contract, with one team accountable throughout.
You getThe building, taking shape on site.
Quality checks
We check the work against the drawings and the standard we hold ourselves to, and put right anything that falls short.
You getWork checked stage by stage.
Handover
We hand over a completed building, ready to use. Half of our projects are repeat commissions — clients coming back for the next one.
You getA finished, handed-over building.
