Nirav Buildspace is a low-rise construction company in Ahmedabad. We build apartment buildings, offices and complexes of up to a few floors, turnkey — foundations and RCC structure through to finishing and handover — with one accountable team throughout.

What low-rise construction in Ahmedabad involves

The sequence is the turnkey sequence. We build the foundations and the RCC structure, then the masonry, blockwork, plaster and waterproofing. Plumbing, drainage and electrical services are run and coordinated, the common areas and circulation are built out, and finishing — flooring, tiling, painting and the final finishes — completes the building before handover.

On a low-rise scheme the margins live in consistency: getting the same quality and the same programme building after building. Owning the whole scope is how we hold that line.
