Nirav Buildspace is a high-rise building contractor in Ahmedabad. We construct residential towers and commercial blocks turnkey — from the foundations and the RCC frame through to the finishing and handover — with one team accountable across the whole build.

What high-rise construction in Ahmedabad involves
A high-rise starts below ground. We build the deep or pile foundations the structure needs, then the RCC framed superstructure and shear walls, floor by floor, with the formwork and slab systems that keep the frame on schedule. Masonry, blockwork and external treatment follow, along with the waterproofing that protects the building for the long run.
As the structure rises, the services rise with it — plumbing, drainage and electrical runs, and the vertical transport that a tall building depends on, all coordinated so nothing has to be opened up again later. Plastering, flooring, the facade and the final finishes complete the building before handover.
